Holiday Week; White Elegance

It's day four of my holiday week and I'm loving this winter white look. Yes I'm breaking major fashion rules with this caped dress. But it is totally worth it. Some times for the holidays you may not be into sequins, or bright red, but you want to still make a splash. I nice winter white dress would surely do the trick.

I snagged this beautiful dress also from Ashley Stewart's sample sale. It was sitting in a box all alone, like it was waiting on me to take it home with me. It's absolutely beautiful. Obviously the cape at the back, makes it all the more irresistible. I do believe this one is sold out but Z By Zevarra has some similar looks.

I paired the dress with these gorgeous gold gladiator sandals from Call it Spring. These babies were only $17! Yes you read that right $17. I got them while I was in a Vegas & they were on the 50% of rack. Ahhhh love a good sale. They gold goes perfectly with the white & the pumps can go from winter to spring with ease.

As for accessories, I went with simple gold jewelry (to match the shoes). Then I added this brown Michael Kors makeup bag & wore it as a clutch. In store they considered it a makeup bag, but I knew I would use it as a clutch. Because the logo on the bag was in gold, it tied in nicely with the shoes & everything else.
